Member Service Representative II

As an MSR II, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day success of the branch. You'll manage the branch treasury, and ensure members receive the exceptional service they've come to expect from us. You'll also help identify opportunities to connect members with products and services that support their financial goals—all while maintaining a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and risk management.
In this role, you'll:
- Manage the branch treasury and ensure compliance with risk and security guidelines
- Provide professional, friendly, and accurate service to members
- Identify opportunities to refer members to products and services that fit their needs
- Complete administrative, operational, and audit tasks with attention to detail
- Contribute to a collaborative, service-focused team environment
What You Bring
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of two years' experience in financial services
- Knowledge of cash handling and risk management procedures
- A passion for helping members and delivering exceptional service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies
