Are you passionate about building lasting business relationships while delivering expert financial solutions? We're looking for an Account Manager to join our team and help local businesses succeed. In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial loans and deposits, supporting business members. With your financial expertise, you'll structure credit solutions, assess risk, and provide proactive advice to help members achieve their goals.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with business members.
• Assess credit needs, structure financing, and manage loan portfolios.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow relationships and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor risk, ensure compliance, and manage credit reviews and renewals.
• Actively engage in business development and community initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
• Demonstrated success in business lending, relationship management, and financial services.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements and assess risk.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset.
