The Retail Sales & Services Administrator provides reporting, program management, and coordination support to the Retail Sales & Services Director and branch network. This role supports sales performance, manages key retail programs, tracks results, and helps drive consistency and execution across branches. The position plays a critical role in enhancing the overall customer experience and supporting sales initiatives across the Consumer Bank.

3–5 years of experience in banking, retail sales, or a related environment
Experience supporting or leading sales initiatives preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience

Occasional bending or overhead lifting (storing files or boxes)
Work is performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate.
May also involve travel to customers and/or property locations.
$33.23 - $39.00/hourly This position is hourly plus commission based. The base salary actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs. Team members earn commissions based on sales performance and/or achieving their goals.
