Come join our amazing group of caregivers in Surgical Services. Surgical Services includes: Short Stay, OR, PACU, Endoscopy, Pre-Admit, and Sterile Processing. Our diverse team gets patients ready for surgery, is present in the OR with the patient while they have surgery, recovers them from surgery, and then educates and discharges patients home after surgery. We have the pleasure of caring for patients that have chosen to come to the hospital for surgery and it is rewarding to see how quickly we can make a positive impact on a patient's life. Surgical Services Systems Coordinator at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. This is a Per Diem/On-Call, Variable Shift position. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position, with five (5), 8-Hour Shifts Monday to Friday, typically 0700-1530, closed weekends and Providence approved holidays.
The Surgical Services Business and Information Supervisor manages and coordinates all aspects of the business functions for the Perioperative departments, and the maintenance of the Surgery Information Systems at Providence Health and Services hospitals. The Supervisor works collaboratively within the Oregon region with the IT Program Director of Surgery, IT Analyst, Surgical Services Information Analyst, and Surgery Business Unit Managers. Within their facility, the supervisor work collaborating with the Surgical Services Leadership Team, department staff, and physician leaders. Supervises and manages the Surgery Scheduling Specialist and all of the business and information system functions for Perioperative services including assisting the Director with reports, schedules and/or organizing meetings.
