Lead two highly engaged acute care teams as the manager for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and the Medical Procedures Unit (MPU/Endoscopy). In this role, you will support and inspire a team of approximately 50 dedicated caregivers, including an Associate Nurse Manager, while delivering exceptional care in high‑volume, fast‑paced, and acute patient care settings.

RN Manager - Surgical Services (PACU/Endoscopy) is accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. The Manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Providence mission, vision, and values.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Must have recent first-line management experience.
  • 3 years Clinical experience.
