Food Service Attendant - Dietary

Handles, prepares, and serves food & beverages according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations. Interacts with customers, patients, and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner. Provide services that include helping patients make menu selections, assemble, deliver and pick-up their meal trays. Ensure patient safety and satisfaction goals by making sure meals are accurate and delivered at the right time and temperature.

Please note the following important details regarding this role:

• This posting is for multiple openings of a Food Service Attendant position
• This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including holidays and weekends as scheduled
• Flexibility to work a day, evening or night shift as scheduled
• Work Status Available: Per Diem / On Call, Day
• Positions specified as "on call/per diem" refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an "as needed basis" to fill in for staff vacancies.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon Hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority

Preferred Qualifications:

• Food service experience
• Experience may include: Food Service Attendant - Healthcare, Food and Nutrition Education - College / University, Server – Restaurant, Food Runner – Restaurant, Host / Hostess – Restaurant, Dishwasher, Busser – Restaurant, Barista, Front Desk – Hotel, Customer Service – Retail, Front Desk - Office, Administrative Experience, Event Support (I.E. Weddings, Conferences, Hotel), Team Member - Fast Food
