The expert team of certified security consultants and project-experienced system engineers supports both the implementation, migration, and operation of existing solutions from Trellix, Tehtris, Sophos, Swivel Secure, or Crowdstrike, Palo Alto Networks, among others.

Responsibilities

Information about the position: ProtectONE is an accredited and authorized consulting and training company among others of Trellix, Sophos, and Crowdstrike. You will create IT-Security concepts and support the integration of various solutions in the ongoing operation. You will also support our customers in selecting suitable security solutions/strategies. The focus is on "Endpoint Security", XDR "SIEM", "Network Security", and "Cloud Security" SOC Services.

Requirements Profile

Very good technical knowledge in the field of IT Security Solutions and network technologies. Completed technical studies (Informatics, Business Informatics).

• As IT Security Consultant / Engineer Network Security, you advise customers on IT Security at infrastructure level
• Continuous improvement and expansion of IT-Security Monitoring
• Development of use cases and playbooks with our customers and internal departments
• Connection of customer environments to our SOC platform
• Analysis of unusual activities in the network, files, and log files
• You document incidents in the security context and report them
• Identification and evaluation of different threat scenarios
• Coordination of response activities with our customers and partners
• You create concepts on how to technically represent the customer's desire for more IT Security
• You implement the security products proposed in the concept at the customer
• In the area of Data Protection, you develop strategies and architectures with our customers for the protection of confidential data
• Temporary travel readiness in DACH
