Key Responsibilities

The CRE Sales Admin handles a variety of tasks across scheduling, administration, database management, and marketing, including:

  • New CRE Team Coordination: Orchestrates recruiting, onboarding, training, and launch for new CRE team members.
  • Closing Support: Assists with CRE closings, ensuring all required paperwork is signed and information is properly stored in shared files and the CRM.
  • Broker Support: Provides training and troubleshooting assistance to brokers as needed.
  • Data & Reporting: Develops and maintains the CRE Sales Dashboard with CRM data, including House Lead Generation tracking.
  • Marketing Support: Designs listing brochures, proposals, and presentations, and adds new listings to marketing sites.
  • Customer Service: Manages all incoming phone and email inquiries, including LiveChat.
  • Database Management: Updates customer databases and maintains accurate records.
  • Process Improvement: Creates and updates Standard Operating Procedures for training.
  • Tech Troubleshooting: Resolves technical issues for brokers related to printers, Zoom Phone, HubSpot, and other systems.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or marketing experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Proactive, driven, and committed to success with a competitive and opportunistic spirit.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Zoom, and Slack, or possesses a strong aptitude for quickly learning new systems.
