Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree, certification, or equivalent federal experience preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience with federal consulting, enterprise platforms, data/analytics, or program support aligned to Cross-Cutting - LMS & Training Support; demonstrated experience operating in regulated environments with stakeholder groups similar to NSF OCHCO/OCIO; ability to produce audit-ready documentation, executive briefings, and implementation artifacts in a hybrid federal delivery environment.
