Provide services and support as a LMS Specialist - LMS & Training Support [Business Analytics Support: HR Technology Ecosystem, And Enterprise-Wide Decision-Making Capabilities Enhancement] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Generally Located In Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working Hybrid On/Off Client Site.

LMS Specialist Candidates work to facilitate Cross-Cutting - LMS & Training Support delivering Business Analytics Support through Clarify the need | structure the work | deliver measurable support across learning operations and compliance tracking. Further, they Provide subject-matter support for Cross-Cutting - LMS & Training Support by facilitating discovery, documenting requirements, improving processes, and supporting execution. Develop analyses, SOPs, playbooks, and recommendations that strengthen adoption, compliance, and measurable mission outcomes.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For LMS Specialist - LMS & Training Support | Business Analytics Support Candidates: 5+ years of relevant experience with federal consulting, enterprise platforms, data/analytics, or program support aligned to Cross-Cutting - LMS & Training Support; demonstrated experience operating in regulated environments with stakeholder groups similar to NSF OCHCO/OCIO; ability to produce audit-ready documentation, executive briefings, and implementation artifacts in a hybrid federal delivery environment.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree, certification, or equivalent federal experience preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience with federal consulting, enterprise platforms, data/analytics, or program support aligned to Cross-Cutting - LMS & Training Support; demonstrated experience operating in regulated environments with stakeholder groups similar to NSF OCHCO/OCIO; ability to produce audit-ready documentation, executive briefings, and implementation artifacts in a hybrid federal delivery environment.

Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Business Analytics Support Functional Area Activities.

SAP SuccessFactors LMS, learning administration, course configuration, compliance reporting, Federal mission support, OCHCO/OCIO coordination

Primary artifacts: requirements notes, process maps, stakeholder summaries, training aids, and final deliverable packages.
