ProSidian seeks a Legal Support Specialist II | Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS) [DOEID0010009] for program support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay basis working on-site (client site) in the United States (Idaho) area full-time generally located across the United States (Idaho) across the United States – Mountain West Region region supporting DOEID oversees nuclear energy research, cleanup, and lab operations, advancing national energy and environmental missions.

We seek Legal Support Specialist II | Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS) [DOEID0010009] candidates with relevant Federal Energy & Nuclear Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Federal Energy & Nuclear Sector clients such as DOEID. Provide services and support as a Legal Support Specialist II [Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS)] in the Federal Energy & Nuclear Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOEID) | DOE Idaho Operations Office generally located in United States (Idaho) and across the United States – Mountain West Region region (of country/world) working on-site (client site).

Performs advanced legal administrative support, drafts correspondence, conducts legal research, manages filings, and supports litigation or regulatory activities. Responsibilities and duties - Legal Support Specialist II | Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS) [DOEID0010009]

Provides mid-level legal support and administrative services to the Office of Chief Counsel (OCC). Responsibilities include assisting attorneys with case preparation, managing exhibits and files; drafting routine legal documents and correspondence; assisting with data compilation and analysis for litigation; and providing general administrative assistance to the legal team. Qualifications

Desired qualifications for Legal Support Specialist II | Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS) [DOEID0010009] (DOEID0010009) candidates:

3–6 years legal support experience, preferably federal/DOE

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Associate's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience. (Security Clearance Required)

- Equivalency: High School Diploma + 5 years relevant experience.

- Professional certification (e.g., Paralegal Certificate) is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3–6 years legal support experience, preferably federal/DOE

This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Federal Energy & Nuclear Sector and Legal Support Specialist II candidates principally support Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS) functional area / swim lane / category disciplines.

Skills required
