RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Enterprise Architect - Human Capital Technology Support | Business Analytics Support [NSF0011011]

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs. Enterprise Architect Candidates work to facilitate Cross-Cutting - Human Capital Technology Support delivering Business Analytics Support through Design the blueprint | connect the platforms | make HR tech modernization and integration scalable and compliant.. Further, they Define target-state architecture, design standards, and implementation patterns for Cross-Cutting - Human Capital Technology Support. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field; relevant platform certifications preferred. 8+ years of relevant experience with federal consulting, enterprise platforms, data/analytics, or program support aligned to Cross-Cutting - Human Capital Technology Support; demonstrated experience operating in regulated environments with stakeholder groups similar to NSF OCHCO/OCIO; ability to produce audit-ready documentation, executive briefings, and implementation artifacts in a hybrid federal delivery environment.

Skills Required
