The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Performance & Insights Intern to support the EMEA marketing team by helping gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and decisions. Our team thrives on a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain marketing dashboards in Excel using data from Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, Outreach, and BDR reports.
• Analyse marketing performance across campaigns, events, and BDR activities to identify trends and ROI drivers.
• Support pilot program tracking and documenting outcomes.
• Assist with vendor evaluations, comparing proposals and capturing key insights.
• Provide project management support, tracking actions, deadlines, and progress across marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Strong data orientation with proficiency in Excel.
• Analytical mindset to interpret marketing and sales performance metrics.
• Project management skills: organized, structured, and able to manage deliverables.
• Curiosity to test and learn, with interest in applying AI tools to marketing workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Candidate Profile

You have the ability and interest in working full-time (a maximum of 40 hours/week) in our Reading, UK office, in correspondence with the company’s hybrid policy. You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or are a recent graduate.
