- Write and design technical documentation and presentations about products and technology
- Design and deliver customized product demos to showcase the unique value of AI-driven search and ads optimization solutions
- Collaborate with account executives to understand client requirements and technical constraints for targeted and effective presentations
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, answering technical questions and offering solutions that meet client needs
- Act as a liaison between the sales and product development teams, relaying customer feedback and insights for product enhancements and innovation
⚡ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with a passion for language and liberal arts
- Strong technical acumen and ability to effectively demonstrate complex technology solutions to non-technical audiences
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with a track record of creating engaging demos
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting account executives in a technical sales capacity
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, search, and advertising technology is highly advantageous
