Field Sales Representative (M/V/X)

In the context of our collaboration with a client specializing in the retail sale of apples and pears, we are looking for a Field Sales Representative (M/V/X).

Responsibilities include:

• Developing sales, distribution, and visibility of products.
• Planning visits based on a predetermined list of sales points (your customers).
• Educating and informing customers about products, new items, and promotions.
• Introducing new products to shelves by convincing customers to expand their offerings.
• Negotiating commercial actions and promotions to increase customer sales (win-win).
• Optimizing product presentation through introductions and repositioning, verifying the accuracy of prices, and encouraging the use of promotional materials.
• Encouraging customers to place new orders when a product is out of stock.
• Collecting useful information about competitors' activities and sharing it with the team.
• Participating in important fairs and retail events.
• Ensuring accurate administrative follow-up of your activities and delivering precise reports.

Qualifications and Offer:

• Minimum several years of experience as a field representative (external).
• Strong in developing long-term, valuable relationships with customers.
• Relevant experience in the retail and food sector and affinity with the product.
• Driver's license B.
• Commercial insight and talent for negotiating and countering arguments.
• Enjoys challenges and results.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and French.

If you join our team, we offer:

• A full-time schedule of 38 hours per week (no weekend work) under an indefinite contract.
• A 4/5 contract is also possible.
