The Coordinator, Partner Support role is to be the subject matter expert for all aspects of Prometheans ActivPanels and Projectors, to ensure our Product Service and Service Providers, provide best in class service for our products. This role will be responsible for ensuring Prometheans own service management teams are equipped with the 'tools' to distribute to service providers to perform service on all Promethean serviceable equipment as if they were Promethean's own service operatives. This will include furnishing all partners with the correct service documentation, processes and product feedback / updates from escalated issues.
Base salary: PLN 66,500 - 99,700 + annual bonus
