Partner Support Coordinator

The Coordinator, Partner Support role is to be the subject matter expert for all aspects of Prometheans ActivPanels and Projectors, to ensure our Product Service and Service Providers, provide best in class service for our products. This role will be responsible for ensuring Prometheans own service management teams are equipped with the 'tools' to distribute to service providers to perform service on all Promethean serviceable equipment as if they were Promethean's own service operatives. This will include furnishing all partners with the correct service documentation, processes and product feedback / updates from escalated issues.

Base salary: PLN 66,500 - 99,700 + annual bonus

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Global Product Repair Service Processes, by ensuring:
    • Work closely with the OEM (ActivPanel and Projector) suppliers on all elements of Product Service
    • All service processes and documentation are continually reviewed and up to date
    • Product Service Manuals are created for each product and up to date
    • Product Service Training material reflects Promethean's recommended best practices
  • Reactive support is provided to our Service Providers for any escalated Service Issues
    • In field and Workshop
    • Product Service Bulletins for updates are accurate and distributed in a timely manner
  • Continual monitoring and evaluation of our product service providers alongside the region service management teams
  • Ensure excellent customer service from Service Providers by constantly reviewing processes for continuous improvement.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Hardware Product Service management
  • Experience in Electronic and Hardware Service
  • Experience of Onsite and Workshop electronic hardware repair practices and processes
  • Degree level engineering qualification preferred but not essential
  • Additional qualifications in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
  • Good clear communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Be able to demonstrate strong leadership, self-motivated and innovative approach to continuous development
  • Experience of report generation – Cognos and Microsoft packages essential (BI tools an advantage)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
