Warehouse Customer Service Rep
Large national distribution facility searching for an experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative. This is a growing warehousing company. Come join us and enjoy a great working culture, opportunities to grow, and great benefits. Candidates with 3 years of related experience will be considered.
Shift: 6am-6:30pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday
Base Pay: $22.50 per hour
Some necessary skills for success:
- Providing exceptional customer service to vendors, manufacturers, staff and customers
- Create and handle service calls, change orders, and work orders
- Assign service calls, change/work orders to proper parties for handling
- Communicate updates via email
- Proficient with Windows OS, Word, Excel willing to learn WHM systems
- Warehouse experience required
- 3-5 years customer service experience required
