Job Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience preferred; HR or recruiting exposure a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for pets and teamwork.
Duties include:
- Support HR administrative tasks including filing paperwork into appropriate employee files, scanning, data entry, document organization, and creating documents.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing welcome materials and ensuring paperwork is complete.
- Help maintain employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in planning recruiting activities, and other company events.
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR and employee information.
- Screen incoming resumes for basic qualifications and forward suitable candidates to the HR Recruiter.
- Assist with timesheet submittal to staffing agencies.
- Perform other clerical and HR-related duties as assigned.
