Job Requirements: Proven experience in an HR support or administrative role. Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices, particularly in performance management and employee relations. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Duties include: Key responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist with recruitment tasks like posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding and orientation for new hires Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll Help administer employee benefits and leave documentation Coordinate performance reviews and training sessions Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
