Distribution/Customer Service Rep
Experienced Customer Service Rep Needed for a Distribution of Cosmetics in Ontario
A known distributor of cosmetics line facility in Ontario is in search of a qualified Customer Service Rep to join their team.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm Saturday as needed for overtime
Training Schedule: 6am-2:30pm
Pay: $20.50/hour
Job Duties:
- Experience with using WMS system and Excel
- Dispatching drivers efficiently
- Handling inbound receipts, bills of lading and making sure all shipping paperwork is complete and signed by driver.
- Scheduling and/or confirming shipments
- Communicating effectively with drivers, management, co-workers and customers choosing the proper media
- Creating loads and Excel worksheets/reports
- Handling all incoming ground packages
- Scanning and uploading shipping documents
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Pre-employment screenings
- Present resume and interview with client
- Recent relevant experience
- Experience in Excel, Word and Outlook is a must
- Team player attitude
- Good attendance and punctuality
