JOB SUMMARY:
One year customer service experience with order processing, 10-key by touch, email experience (create, reply), Excel experience required must be able to Multitask. NOT EQUIVALENT TO CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Prior experience in human resource roles is preferred
Ability to develop, read, analyze, and interpret complex reports and documents in English and Spanish
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
Familiarity with resume databases
