ResourceMFG is now hiring a Customer Service Rep for a warehouse in Akron Ohio! 1st shift 8:00am- 4:30pm Job Duties: Process customer orders, shipment requests, and inventory updates in the WMS Communicate daily with clients, carriers, and warehouse leadership to coordinate inbound and outbound activity Track shipments, schedule pickups/deliveries, and resolve exceptions or delays Maintain accurate documentation including BOLs, packing lists, receipts, and order confirmations Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory levels, and service issues Support warehouse operations by relaying priority orders, special instructions, and service requirements Monitor inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts or reconciliation #nowhiring 3PL and/ or dispatching experience
