The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing customer service to all callers. They answer incoming calls and troubleshoot any issues. They assist pilot stations and cartage agents. They respond to all emails and oversee accounts and KPIs assigned to them.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to all callers
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries received through email
Ensure all emails are responded to within set timelines
Make outgoing calls to follow-up on shipment status, resolve issues and update customers
Track, trace, enter and update shipments
Assist and support Pilot stations and cartage agents
Master outside customer applications
Follow published procedures and work instructions for all accounts
Assist designated lead with daily responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned
Base Pay: 20.00 per HOUR
