Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative for large retail credit services you will:

Assist customers and employees with furniture purchase financing and other financially related duties.
Issue refunds on purchases, processing of payments, assisting with gift cards, and assisting in administration of financing for our customers.

Other duties include:

Answers incoming phone calls from store personnel and consumers concerning processing refunds, third party financing, and credit card processing.
Processes incoming incidents received in response to requests from other stores.
Assists store personnel and customers with issues that may arise from a gift card purchase.
Handles the approval process for refunds from purchases regardless of financing selection.
Maintains customer confidentiality.

40 hours per week, working hours are either 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Work two Saturdays per month. When scheduled to work on a Saturday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM), they will receive a weekday off during that same week. For example, your weekly schedule may be Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, depending on your Saturday shift.

$18.00 per hour.
