Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will serve as the first point of human contact for leads who have already expressed interest. The role centers on building trust, providing clarity, and guiding prospects toward the next step in their speaking journey. The SDR will qualify inbound leads, understand their goals, and either route them to valuable resources or book them with an Enrollment Advisor. This is a consultative, relationship-focused role with no cold calling or aggressive tactics.
Lead Qualification
Hold short qualification calls with leads already scheduled on your calendar.
Ask thoughtful questions to understand each prospect’s goals, experience, and timeline.
Identify high-intent prospects and book them directly with an Enrollment Advisor.
Redirect non-fit leads toward free resources, future events, or next steps.
Lead Follow-Up & Nurture
Follow up with leads from events (webinars, workshops, bootcamps) to gauge interest and determine fit.
Nurture and pre-engage leads with personalized emails, texts, videos, or DMs.
Re-engage older leads from the list using approved outreach (no cold leads, no scraping).
Communication & Documentation
Maintain accurate notes, tags, and statuses inside HubSpot.
Performance Targets
Hit weekly and monthly targets for show rates, qualified calls, and booked calls.
Experience
1–2 years in sales, customer service, admissions, or advising (preferred).
Familiarity with CRMs; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
Experience or interest in the speaking, coaching, entrepreneurship, or personal development space.
Comfort with texting, email follow-ups, and short video communication.
Sales experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
