Role Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and confident Sales Development Representative to support outbound lead generation and appointment setting for healthcare businesses. This role involves identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers to fuel the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator fluent in English, highly organized, and motivated by achieving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
Make outbound calls to B2B healthcare businesses to introduce company solutions and services.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule at least five qualified appointments per week.
Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement and ensure meetings are confirmed.
Client Communication & Relationship Building
Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients through confident, proactive communication.
Track and follow up on leads to convert interest into booked meetings.
Represent the company’s values and offerings with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Sales Metrics & Performance Tracking
Monitor call volume, appointment rates, and conversion metrics to ensure consistent performance.
Use HubSpot CRM to log calls, manage contacts, and track outreach activities.
Report progress and adapt strategies to continuously improve lead generation outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience
1+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on outbound calling and lead generation.
Proven track record of setting appointments and generating qualified leads in a sales development role.
Fluency in English with a neutral accent, strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its needs is a plus, but not required.

Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage contacts, track progress, and monitor sales performance.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
