The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will lead outbound prospecting and direct sales efforts, engaging wellness brands and converting them into paying clients through advertising, content, and marketing solutions. This is a highly client-facing role designed for a strong closer who can confidently run presentations, tailor commercial conversations, and move opportunities through the pipeline to payment.
The role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone.

Their ecosystem combines editorial authority with performance marketing through a quarterly peer-reviewed print magazine, digital content, branded health product reviews, documentary film releases, and premium advertising placements. With award-winning documentary content, strong digital reach, and high monthly social visibility, they help health and wellness brands build credibility and measurable marketing impact.
Conduct 100–200 outbound prospecting touches per day across Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and additional outreach channels.
Run persuasive Zoom sales calls with screen-share presentations and active camera participation.
Present and sell advertising and marketing offerings to wellness brands, including:
Peer-reviewed print magazine advertising
SEO-enhanced expert content placements
Homepage banner advertising
Newsletter sponsorship opportunities
Event coverage and contributor spotlights
Performance marketing and affiliate campaigns
Adapt sales messaging to each prospect's business goals and drive conversations toward closed deals.
Use GoHighLevel daily for pipeline updates, tagging, workflow execution, and lead tracking.
Maintain clean and accurate CRM records aligned with active outreach efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams on nurture sequences and follow-up workflows within GHL.
Support campaign automation initiatives when applicable.
Contribute to automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, or Phantombuster when relevant.
1–3 years of experience in B2B, media, or advertising sales.
Proven ability to move prospects through the sales cycle and close deals to payment.
Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel for workflows, tagging, and pipeline management.
Familiarity with cold outreach through Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and similar channels.
Exposure to automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Phantombuster is preferred.
Familiarity with funnel metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and show rate is preferred.
Experience managing VAs or junior SDRs is a plus.
Fluent spoken and written English with confident, persuasive communication.
Strong screen-sharing and presentation skills during live Zoom calls.
Comfortable leading high-energy client conversations with camera on.
Organized, self-managed, and performance-driven in a remote environment.
Ability to maintain disciplined outreach volume while keeping CRM data accurate and current.
