Sales Development Representative (SDR)
The business is looking to expand its outreach efforts with a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the holiday season. This position focuses on outbound sales efforts to generate bookings for the Christmas event, with future potential for corporate events and retreats.
Role Overview: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for outbound prospecting and closing deals. This role is remote, requiring strong English language proficiency with minimal to no accent. Candidates will need to be comfortable engaging with clients, conducting outreach through email and phone calls, and managing bookings. The SDR will work closely with the sales team and be responsible for order processing using a simple CRM system.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales & Prospecting
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to past guests of the Christmas light festival.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects to drive bookings for private events during the festival.
- Order Processing & Deal Closure
- Process rental orders and close deals via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction and securing bookings.
- Input customer information (name, email, phone, product selection) into Go High Level CRM and Roller booking platform.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up with leads.
- CRM & Communication
- Use Go High Level CRM to track prospects and manage communication effectively.
- Utilize AI-powered phone systems to route calls based on customer needs, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with minimal to no accent.
- Experience using CRM systems like Go High Level or similar platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable with phone-based communication and email outreach.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in using email systems, CRM platforms, and AI-powered phone systems.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Personality & Traits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with older clientele.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
