Revenue Operations Specialist
Our client, a leader in education and training, is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join the team and help optimize Salesforce processes and improve system integrations. With 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, this role focuses on enhancing data accuracy, streamlining workflows, and ensuring smooth integrations across multiple platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency while ensuring Salesforce aligns with overall business goals.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview: The Revenue Operations Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing Salesforce processes, improving data integrity, and driving cross-platform integrations. This position involves hands-on work in data management, dashboard reporting, and workflow enhancement. Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams, the specialist will ensure Salesforce and connected systems operate seamlessly to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Salesforce instance, ensuring high-quality data and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead efforts to backfill and enrich historical data for improved accuracy and completeness.
- Streamline workflows and optimize configurations for efficient performance.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business platforms, such as Zendesk, to improve automation and data consistency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance system connectivity and scalability.
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce dashboards that provide actionable insights and real-time metrics.
- Regularly update reports to ensure stakeholders have access to relevant and accurate data.
- Process and prepare lead lists and other datasets in Excel for import into Salesforce.
- Apply advanced Excel techniques (pivot tables, formulas) to improve data analysis and reporting efficiency.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and support teams to align system workflows with operational goals.
- Provide ongoing training and support to internal users to ensure consistent adoption and system utilization.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration focused on optimization, data enrichment, and workflow improvement.
- Proven success enhancing Salesforce configurations, managing complex processes, and maintaining high data accuracy.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems and managing API connections (experience with API calls is a plus).
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI for reporting and dashboard optimization (preferably with hands-on implementation experience).
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Teachable, and Zendesk, and platforms like NetSuite, Iterable, and Unbounce, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
