Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for a marketing professional who can coordinate creative execution and paid media performance while improving conversion outcomes across the funnel. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with analytical thinking and can manage multiple stakeholders while driving measurable marketing improvements.

The Marketing Manager will oversee communication between creative agencies and paid media teams, manage campaign performance, and improve landing page effectiveness through data-driven optimization across the customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing communication between creative agencies and the paid advertising team, ensuring alignment on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with creative partners to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional assets that support performance objectives.
  • Analyzing landing page performance to understand user behavior, engagement, and conversion trends.
  • Proposing and implementing changes that improve landing page effectiveness and strengthen the sales funnel.
  • Monitoring user flow across the funnel to improve conversion opportunities and user experience.
  • Overseeing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Optimizing campaigns using performance data including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Using HubSpot to support campaign tracking, customer data visibility, and automation efforts.
  • Reviewing analytics across platforms to assess performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Delivering actionable recommendations based on campaign and funnel data.

Qualifications include:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to paid media, landing page optimization, and campaign coordination.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of landing page optimization and analytics interpretation.
  • Experience using HubSpot for campaign management and reporting.
  • Ability to identify and recommend strategic improvements that strengthen conversion performance.
  • Strong communication skills with experience coordinating external and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability and focus on continuous optimization.
