Role Overview
The Junior Account Executive will play a key role in qualifying leads, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is driven to meet ambitious sales targets. With hands-on use of CRM tools and multi-channel outreach, the Junior Account Executive will directly contribute to revenue growth while developing a strong foundation for future career advancement in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, texts, and emails.
- Qualify prospects based on set criteria and industry needs.
- Build relationships with leads to increase conversion potential.
Sales & Deal Closure
- Manage and nurture prospects throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Close at least 5 deals per month, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Coordinate face-to-face meetings with prospects via Google Meet to support conversions.
CRM & Tech Stack Management
- Use Go High Level (GHL) to track leads, manage workflows, and document interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication within CRM.
- Optimize outreach strategies with email and SMS tools.
Client Communication & Relationship Building
- Build trust and deliver a high-quality sales experience.
- Ensure effective communication to resolve concerns and support long-term relationships.

Qualifications
Experience
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in lead generation and deal closing.
- Demonstrated success meeting sales targets (5 deals/month preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Go High Level (GHL).
- Bonus: knowledge of the roofing or local SEO industry.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication with minimal accent.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using email, SMS, and CRM tools for outreach.
- Strong relationship-building and client engagement abilities.
