Role Overview: Our client is seeking a Head of Marketing to drive the development and execution of full-funnel marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing them through the marketing funnel, and converting them into clients. You'll work independently but also collaborate with the owner for direction and input. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys managing all aspects of marketing from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels (content marketing, social media, paid ads, email nurture).
Plan and execute campaigns to drive growth for the AI Monetization cohorts and the AI Partner Program.
Develop and execute lead magnets, low-ticket offers, nurture campaigns, and conversion strategies.
Manage the content calendar and asset development for external marketing and internal deliverables.
Execution:
Create campaign ideas and messaging (for final approval by the owner).
Take full ownership of projects, moving them forward with minimal supervision.
Use project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion) to track tasks, deadlines, and progress.
Content Creation & Optimization:
Develop content for marketing materials (blogs, videos, emails, social posts).
Track key performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
Brainstorm and execute new marketing tactics to increase lead generation and client engagement.
Reporting & Metrics:
Analyze and report on marketing metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, etc.).
Track the performance of paid advertising campaigns and adjust accordingly.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in full-funnel marketing strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
Proven experience in content marketing, lead generation, and paid advertising.
Experience with CRMs (ActiveCampaign preferred) and marketing automation tools.
Skills:
Strong communication and writing skills.
Experience with project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion).
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Descript) for content creation.
