The Full Cycle Sales Representative will manage the entire virtual sales process, from initial contact to closing, for both inbound and warm outbound leads. This is a consultative, high-skill sales role requiring at least three years of experience in construction, home improvement, or exterior remodeling sales, ideally in a virtual environment.
The role involves engaging with homeowners through calls, images, videos, and architectural plans to assess project needs, provide estimates, and close deals with minimal ramp-up time.
Inbound Lead Management
Handle high-intent inbound leads generated through calls, web forms, and email inquiries.
Conduct discovery, assess project needs, and guide prospects through the virtual sales process.
Review customer-provided images, videos, and documents to accurately scope exterior remodeling projects.
Warm Outbound Engagement
Reach out only to warm leads (no cold calling).
Re-engage previously contacted prospects to bring them back into the pipeline.
Maintain proactive follow-up cadences to maximize conversions.
Full-Cycle Virtual Closing
Deliver professional consultations via phone or video call.
Provide estimates based on customer-provided specifications and plans.
Manage objections, present value, and close deals confidently and consultatively.
Pipeline Management & CRM
Use HubSpot to track leads, update pipeline stages, and manage follow-ups.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, notes, and project details.
Generate consistent reporting on pipeline health, lead status, and sales activity.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Communicate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements.
Provide feedback on lead quality and process improvements.
Support the operational handoff after closing to ensure smooth project initiation.
Experience
3+ years of sales experience in construction, home improvement, exterior remodeling, or related industries.
Proven track record successfully closing virtual or remote construction-based sales.
Strong understanding of exterior remodeling scopes (roofing, siding, windows, etc.).
Skills
Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills.
Ability to interpret photos, videos, and architectural plans to produce accurate estimates.
Strong closing abilities with confidence managing high-ticket sales cycles.
High proficiency using HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
