Front - end Engineer - Remote Eligible

Role Overview

The Front-End Engineer will build high-performance dashboards, analytics interfaces, and internal tools using Next.js. This role requires 5+ years of front-end development experience with a strong focus on data visualization, charts, graphs, and responsive UI design. You will work closely with backend, product, and data teams to build clean, scalable, analytical front-end systems.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Analytics UI Development

• Build and maintain complex admin dashboards using Next.js.

• Implement data visualizations including graphs, tables, charts, and filtering systems.

• Optimize interfaces for speed, responsiveness, and clarity.

• Create reusable UI components and scalable front-end systems.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

• Work closely with backend engineers to consume APIs and present data cleanly.

• Partner with product and design to translate requirements into production-ready UI.

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.

Quality Assurance & Performance Optimization

• Ensure pixel-perfect execution of UI/UX specifications.

• Monitor front-end performance and optimize rendering of large data sets.

• Maintain high coding standards and best practices in modern React/Next.js.

Qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a front-end engineer.

• Strong expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.

• Proven experience building dashboards with graphs, tables, charts (Chart.js, Recharts, D3.js, etc.).

• Experience integrating with APIs and handling large data sets on the front end.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for analytical tools.

Skills

• Experience with authentication flows, access control, and data-heavy admin systems.

• Understanding of backend systems to support cross-functional collaboration.
