Account Executive
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company providing cutting-edge event technology solutions for the entertainment industry. Their platform enables event organizers to manage ticket sales, customer engagement, and marketing, offering streamlined solutions for both event hosts and attendees. The company's mission is to transform the way events are experienced by delivering personalized, seamless event management services.
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings and events across the UK (travel by car or train as needed). 9 AM – 5 PM UK time
Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from product demos through contract negotiation and deal closure. This role involves regular in-person prospect meetings and events across the UK, and requires a personable, driven professional who can build relationships, present confidently, and communicate value in person and remotely. You will work with both inbound leads and outbound outreach to grow the pipeline and target higher-calibre clients in the entertainment sector. Previous experience in the entertainment industry is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Full Sales Cycle
- Conduct product demos for potential clients, showcasing the platform's capabilities and benefits.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in entertainment companies, focusing on driving sales and expanding client portfolios.
- Attend in-person meetings and events across the UK to pitch prospects and strengthen client relationships.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Handle inbound demo requests and qualify leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
- Work to expand the top of the funnel and ensure a steady flow of prospects in the pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring the client's needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Foster long-term relationships built on trust and results.
Industry Expertise & Communication
- Leverage industry knowledge and understanding of the entertainment sector to speak confidently with clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product to potential clients, tailoring the message based on the client's unique needs.
Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the entertainment or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of handling the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track pipeline, and follow up with clients.
- Previous experience in the entertainment industry is highly preferred.
Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients and build lasting relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong preference for candidates comfortable with travel and in-person client meetings.
- Confident presenter, able to engage with high-calibre clients.
