Medical Assistant Or Clinic LPN Or EMT – Ears Nose Throat – Full Time – Thursdays Off Begin your story with ProHealth Medical Group's Ear, Nose and Throat team serving patients in Brookfield and Pewaukee. This specialty clinic supports patients with a wide range of ENT needs including sinus conditions, hearing concerns, swallowing disorders, allergies, sleep-related conditions and procedural care in a collaborative outpatient environment.
Schedule: Monday: Brookfield Clinic – 6:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday: Pewaukee Clinic – 6:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Wednesday: Pewaukee Clinic – 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Thursday: Off Friday: 6:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Schedule Highlights: • Thursdays off every week • Friday early afternoons • No weekends or holidays • Variety between Brookfield and Pewaukee clinic locations
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on clinical care, procedures, teamwork and variety throughout the day. You will work closely with providers while supporting patients through evaluations, treatments and follow-up care in a fast-paced specialty clinic setting.
What You Will Do: • Support providers during ENT visits, treatments and procedures • Room patients, obtain vitals and review health histories • Assist with specialty testing, patient education and follow-up care • Prepare exam and procedure rooms and maintain clinical supplies • Coordinate patient communication, refill requests and in-basket work • Collaborate closely with providers and teammates to support clinic flow • Help create a welcoming and positive patient experience • Occasionally travel to Oconomowoc Clinic for coverage support

Qualifications: • Completion of Medical Assistant, LPN or EMT program, or equivalent clinical experience as defined by ProHealth Care • Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association required • Prior clinic or specialty practice experience preferred • Strong communication, teamwork and patient service skills
