Partnering within the larger scope of the IT Operations team, and working closely to serve our internal customers, they'll help identify automation opportunities, develop reusable components, and bring AI-enabled workflows and agents to life. Their work will support multiple business functions—building the connective tissue between enterprise data and solutions, AI capabilities, and transformative processes.
This person will collaborate with AI champions, power users and less technical employees to scale adoption, provide technical guidance and enablement, and support and continuously improve our supporting infrastructure. This is a hands-on engineering role with high visibility and immediate impact across the organization.
