We're looking for a CRM Data Operations Team Leader to own the quality, governance, and integrity of Salesforce data across Progress' commercial ecosystem. In this role, you'll lead a team of Data Stewards and Analysts to ensure our CRM remains a trusted, AI-ready system of record that powers Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive decision-making.
You'll collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Enterprise Apps, and Data & Analytics to maintain clean Account and Contact data, govern our 4-level Account Hierarchy, manage deduplication workflows, and ensure accurate Sales Coverage and territory routing. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data quality, process governance, and GTM operations. The CRM Data Operations Team Leader will shape the operational backbone of our GTM engine - ensuring our teams can plan, execute, and grow with clean, governed, and reliable data. Their work will directly support our FY26 growth strategy and prepare our organization for stronger automation and AI-driven insights.
