PROGREDO AG, a leader in the field of succession and business transfer for Swiss SMEs, is looking for a dedicated outbound marketing/leadsler/pre-setter (m/w) in part-time or full-time (80-100%).
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and making initial contacts to facilitate the business transfers of our clients.
You will work closely with our dynamic team in Zurich to develop and implement innovative strategies that expand our reach and increase our customer base.

- Contact new people through telephone acquisition

- Represent the company in a representative role externally
Qualification
- Education: completed apprenticeship + 2 years of professional experience in telemarketing/sales or experience in a related industry
- Swiss German as a native language
- Resident in Zurich (and surroundings)
- Affinity for telephone communication
- Profitable, sympathetic, and articulate telephone voice
- Enjoys dealing with potential prospects/customers
- Committed and goal-oriented thinking
- Young, open-minded, and eager to achieve something big
