Aufgaben

Development, implementation, and optimization of online marketing strategies (SEO, SEA, social media, display, content, email, marketing automation)

Planning, execution, and analysis of performance and branding campaigns

Responsibility for achieving KPIs (traffic, leads, conversion, ROI)

Budget planning, control, and reporting in the area of online marketing

Identification and implementation of optimization opportunities in the digital funnel

Management of external agencies and partners

Close cooperation with content, sales, and product management

Observation of market trends and integration of innovations into the marketing strategy

Qualification

Completed degree in marketing, communication, or comparable training with a focus on digital marketing

Several years of professional experience in online marketing

In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEA, social media advertising, content marketing, and web analytics

Experience with common tools: ZOHO Apps, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, CMS, CRM systems, marketing automation

Secure handling of KPIs, budget responsibility, and data-driven marketing

Very good German and English language skills
