Services Officer – Business Support Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Services Officer within the business team to help drive the business performance of Rolls-Royce. Working within the established On-Wing Services (OWS) Business Support Team, you will work closely within the team providing input and insight to improve outputs and support strategic decision making.

What you will be doing:

  • Invoicing of tasks performed by OWS to include labor, parts, shipping, and travel costs
  • Resolve customer invoicing issues and troubleshoot / identify and process improvements
  • Forecasts to understand future load and capacity and prepare / analyze monthly KPIs, and provide input to the business
  • Preparation of business evaluations and approval of capital expenditures
  • Month end reports, including communication of any issues and preparation of commentary
  • Support deliverables to ensure that the wider team's objectives are delivered

Who we're looking for:

Basic Requirements:

  • Associate degree with 3+ years of business experience, OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of business experience, OR
  • Master's degree, OR
  • JD/PhD, OR
  • 5+ years of business experience in lieu of a degree
  • In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in the preparation of business evaluations/ business cases
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Forecasting, budgeting and cost accounting experience
  • SAP Inventory experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Kardex inventory management system
  • Purchasing and inventory receiving procedures
