Maintenance Service Specialist

Sell preventive and corrective maintenance services on Rolls Royce equipment. Play a crucial role in the liaison between technical teams and clients, helping to translate the latter's needs into appropriate technical-commercial solutions.

Main Activities

  • Receive and take charge of client requests (phone calls and emails).
  • Open a ticket for each business start.
  • Request the workshop for the technical elements necessary for the quotation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that purchase orders are signed and conform to the company's policy and that deposits are paid.
  • Ensure communication with the client, answering their questions and resolving any issues.
  • Guarantee the intervention plan, deadlines, and financial margin of the deal.
  • Guarantee the good execution of the quote.
  • Development of turnover and customer satisfaction rate (Performance Indicator to date: NPS).
  • Guarantee of manufacturer recommendations (maintenance plan and lubricants).
  • Ensure telephone on-call duty according to the schedule published by the Service Center Manager.
  • At the delegation of signature of the Service Center Manager in case of replacement.
  • Guarantee of daily activity performance.
  • Respect and enforce safety instructions and alert in case of anomaly observed.

Latitude of Action, Degree of Autonomy

  • Autonomous for the management of files according to internal signature matrix.
  • Manages his schedule and organization autonomously according to the annual objectives set.

Specific Professional Knowledge

  • Mastery of an integrated management software.
