Responsible for the sales of diesel system products and business development in China.
Define and clarify technical specifications and scope of supply with customers.
Deeply identify customer needs, develop trust relationships with both internal colleagues and external end-customers, co-lo. providers, package contractors, partners and suppliers.
Drive process and business mode continuous improvement.
Contribute innovative solutions and constructive solutions to the team.
Cooperate with Demand Planning, Application Engineering, Finance Controlling, Purchasing, Order Management and Service team to manage project-related cases technically and commercially.
Explore product competences and provide ideas for new product development.
Lead product training/update for system integrators and end-customers.
