Responsibilities - What We Expect From You:

You will design and moderate training sessions for our products and services for internal and external employees as a recognized methods expert.

You will bring your experience from the energy market and plant construction into play and authentically train your participants in relation to suitable, unique selling arguments and benefit arguments from the perspective of the respective customers and their application.

You will support the value-based sales approach through the conceptual creation of suitable communication documents and thereby underline the customer value of our solutions.

You will continuously improve your training by integrating customer feedback and market trends and implement suitable methods for their collection.

Qualifications - What We Wish For:

Completed technical degree with a focus on energy economics, machinery or plant construction, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.

Several years of experience with products, preferably combustion engines or in other comparable energy systems (at least 3 years).

Several years of experience in designing and conducting training sessions and courses (at least 5 years).

Strong team skills and a confident and convincing demeanor.

Very good presentation skills and excellent rhetorical abilities.

High level of analytical and conceptual skills.

Very good English skills in both spoken and written form.

Travel readiness of approximately 20%.
