As a Sales Advisor at ProCook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our extensive range of kitchen products. You will be the go-to person in-store, helping customers find the perfect items to elevate their culinary experiences.
This is a part time permanent role for 12 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly manner.
- Assist customers in selecting kitchen products that suit their needs.
- Share product knowledge and demonstrate items to enhance sales.
- Handle transactions efficiently and manage customer inquiries.
- Ensure the store is well-presented, stocked, and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

- Process sales and assist with returns gracefully.
