As an experienced Programming and Commissioning Engineer with knowledge of audio-visual equipment, you'll take on a senior role within our Engineering team and be that go-to person for your fellow colleagues and clients. You will ensure that client expectations and scope requirements are met with a high level of quality control across our project developments. You'll be hands on and be the lead when dealing with our clients at their site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commissioning of AV/UC spaces onsite and in workshop environments.
• Develop and maintain system documentation.
• Perform detailed QA checks, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project success.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Deep knowledge of AV systems and experience with GUI development.
• Solid understanding of serial comms, AV network integration, and control protocols.
• Relevant qualifications in Electronics, Engineering or Computer Science.
• NSW Driver's License and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Ability to lead on-site engagements and communicate effectively with clients.
• Programming skills in C-like languages, Python, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, or React.
• CCNA certification preferred.

Candidates who have previous experience in a service/commissioning role, a knowledge of digital electronics, and qualifications in Engineering, Electronics and/or computer science will be held in high regard.
