Responsibilities

1. Supporting applications on medium - large S/W projects and deliveries
2. Developing enhancements or parameterizing existing applications, to increase operating efficiency or adapting to new requirements.
3. Compiling technical documentation (user manuals, specifications documents etc.) related to software solutions
4. Work with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
5. Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution in collaboration with development teams
6. Document test cases, procedures, and QA reports clearly and accurately
7. Be proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player with strong analytical skills
