We are looking for a Martech Associate Engineer who will collaborate in the development of the Marketing Automation tool, consistently delivering cutting-edge solutions to the various teams of the company, with the aim of delivering a better experience through communication channels and thus achieving greater retention and customer loyalty. What do we expect from you? Governance of Marketing Cloud. Maintain and ensure the correct functioning of the tool and the correct integration of the same with other company systems. User of the marketing cloud tool as a tool manager of the customer experience through communications. Know all functional, technical, and business aspects. Raise and implement improvements and new functionalities to the automation tool. Certify the quality of the products that you build, maintain and release. Relate and support the different stakeholders. Support in the provision of services to the different areas that require the sending of communications. Have own projects and others in which you support, all related to the customer experience and technology.

What are we looking for? Graduated professional in the field of Informatics. 1 – 2 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge in programming languages, SQL, HTML and RPA. Advanced level of English.
