We are part of Principal Financial Group, a global leader in investments and today we are looking for an Experience Marketing Specialist AFP (fixed term 6 months) to join our Marketing and Clients Management. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing plans to improve the customer experience and strengthen their loyalty, supporting initiatives focused on clients, communications, and developments that drive a better experience. Main Functions: Manage deep knowledge of the clients along with their experience. Ensure compliance with the service model and differentiated value proposition by defined segment. Support in the design and implementation of loyalty and advisory actions. Responsible for implementing the communication plan according to the defined strategy, creating direct marketing content, advisory campaigns, personalized and informative to clients. Support in the implementation of personalized onboarding by defined segment. Responsible for monitoring the results of the initiatives carried out. We are looking for professionals in Commercial or Civil Industrial Engineering. Experience of 0-2 years in similar positions, ideally in customer experience and communications. General handling of Windows and Office, advanced Excel (exclusory). Handling of English.
Flexibility! Hybrid work modality, only 2 days in person. More time for you: We have a workweek shorter than the legal, of 39.5 hrs weekly. On Fridays we work until 14:00 hrs.
