We are part of Principal Financial Group, a global leader in investments, and today we are looking for an Engineer AFP to join our Systems Management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new and better software tools, solving and maintaining platforms with a focus on cutting-edge digital experiences, with the aim of improving the digital experience of our clients and/or end users.

Main Functions: Develop high-quality software, prototypes, and applications and configure objects, roles, and profiles associated with the company's business process. Implement software components and pieces necessary aligned with the standard configuration. Propose insights and suggestions based on best practices and criteria. Relate to its different stakeholders. Resolve productive incidents of the platforms it maintains.

What We Are Looking For: Over 3 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in Fullstack Development. Knowledge in AWS, NEXT JS, React, SQL, Git, Agile methodologies. Basic English level.
