Responsibilities:

Act as an individual contributor and lead/coach the team technically. Able to provide consultancy & solution to customer irrespective of the product stack used. Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables. Identify toil and develop automated solutions with reduced effort. Good at troubleshooting level 3 kind of issues for all listed technologies. Experienced with AWS Cloud with CDK using Python. Hands-on with DevOps and pipeline using GitHub actions. Experienced with Python language. Sound knowledge of different file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct. Aware about end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ & basic working knowledge of load-balancer and firewalls. Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software's to the latest/required level. Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities. Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation. Work on service requests & user fulfillment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc. Be able to provide on-call support for priority issues. Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines. Able to perform Disaster Recovery. Know audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them. Be able to migrate connections from Cleo/FileGateway to GoAnywhere.
